Description

These are plots of seawater temperature data from the CTDs (30 - 1500m) on Global Irminger Flanking Mooring B for deployments 1-3 (Sept 2014 - Aug 2017). The warmer colors are the shallower CTDs and the cooler colors are the deeper CTDs. These plots show the seasonal cycle of seawater temperature in surface waters in the Irminger Sea. (work on adding depth labels to colors and create a notebook to show how to get and plot the data). Deployment 4 is not included because recovered_inst data for CTDMOH069 are not available (I could modify the script to use recovered_host data)
