Calculates the VEL3D Series A northwards velocity data product VELPTMN-VLN_L1 for the Falmouth Scientific (FSI) Acoustic Current Meter (ACM) mounted on a McLane profiler as deployed by RSN. The horizontal velocities are corrected for magnetic declination.
