The SBE43 dissolved oxygen sensor (DOFST-K) was incorrectly assembled and stored resulting in the membrane drying out and, in one case, tearing. Clarification with the vendor on the proper assembly and storage techniques corrected the problem, however the data collected by the DOFST-K during deployments 1-3 is erroneous and should not be used. The data for this time period is excluded to avoid having it incorrectly used and disseminated.

There is an intermittent issue with the dissolved oxygen sensor during deployment 7 (2017-04-12 through 2017-10-03). For a period during June 2017 and then again from the end of July 2017 through the end of the deployment, the CTD to which the dissolved oxygen sensor is connected records a 0 for the raw frequency. Suspect either a connector or sensor failure.
