Bad altimeter pings are apparent in many deployments of the coastal gliders. A few example plots are attached - m_water_depth plotted as semi-transparent bathymetry.

Glider optodes typically exhibit a sensor lag of 20-25 seconds. Example attached of several segments with consecutive down and up casts for CP05MOAS-GL335-04-DOSTAM000 on 10/26/2015 showing a typical measurement time lag. Profiles should be analyzed for individual time lags and data should be adjusted. OOI doesn't necessarily need to make the adjustment but users should be aware of the issue.

Comparison with the shipboard CTD cast was done for D0002. Chl-a recorded by the glider was generally comparable to the CTD cast. Further analysis using the shipboard bottle data should be conducted. This is outside the scope of this project.

Deployment: 2

Suspect backscatter data, particularly on/around 5/15/2015 and 5/20/2015 - 5/22/2015. 85% of the chl-a data are outside of global ranges (the xsection plot attached has removed the data outside of global ranges).

Deployment: 3

Suspect backscatter data (particularly on/around 4/1/2016). 25% of the chl-a data are outside of global ranges.
