'bin_depths', 'pressure', and 'upward_seawater_velocity' are arrays of fill values for deployments 1-4. According to the provenance.json (attached) errors, there are several missing parameters.

80-87% of the values for eastward_seawater_velocity, error_seawater_velocity, estimated_upward_seawater_velocity, and northward_seawater_velocity are NaNs, outside of global ranges, or outliers (+/- 5SD) for deployments 1-4

On Wednesday Aug 22 2018, an automatic protective shutdown of primary power to the OOI Cabled Array occurred during installation of a new chiller system. Power was restored on Aug 24. Due to loss of power to the Cabled Array marine infrastructure, data were not collected by the instruments.
