There are no deployment depths in asset management for any of the instruments on the shallow profiler.

By Lori Garzio, on 12/6/19

It looks like the profiler was stuck at the bottom at several points during deployments 1 and 2. This should be annotated.

Deployment: 1

The deployment 1 .nc files are missing the 'pressure' coordinate

By Lori Garzio, on 12/11/19

Deployment: 1

int_ctd_pressure is negative towards the end of the deployment.

By Lori Garzio, on 12/11/19

Deployment: 3

56% of par_counts_output values are outside of global ranges for deployment 3. Zooming in shows the majority of these values are negative

Note: On Thursday, January 26th, the Shallow Profiler at Axial Base (SC03A) stopped during the profiler down cast. Analysis of the data indicates the Science Pod (SciP) turned around (commenced down cast profiles) below its normal ceiling due to wave action. The SciP completed three 10m steps down, as scheduled, and was approximately halfway into the fourth step when a speed mismatch of the level wind / winch occurred. Investigation of the engineering data revealed the EM cable is tangled on the drum. The current depth of the SciP is approximately 50m below the surface. The Science Pod is powered and science/engineering data continued to be collected.
