Glider optodes typically exhibit a sensor lag of 20-25 seconds. Example attached of several segments with consecutive down and up casts for CP05MOAS-GL335-04-DOSTAM000 on 10/26/2015 showing a typical measurement time lag. Profiles should be analyzed for individual time lags and data should be adjusted. OOI doesn't necessarily need to make the adjustment but users should be aware of the issue.

Comparison with the shipboard CTD cast was done for D0001. Chl-a recorded by the glider was comparable to the CTD cast near the surface, and slightly higher compared to the CTD cast at depth (>100 dbar). Further analysis using the shipboard bottle data should be conducted. This is outside the scope of this project.

Deployment 1: Glider was damaged in Jan. 2016, likely during a period of bad weather. It was able to dive and collect data, but not maintain position. Last science data received on 3/16/2016. Glider was recovered in the Davis Strait.
