pressure (daPa) is an array of fill values for every deployment

According to Roesler and Barnard (Optical proxy for phytoplankton biomass in the absence of photophysiology: Rethinking the absorption line height, Methods in Oceanography, 2013), “absorption meters are highly prone to biofouling, particularly biofilms which not only attenuate the collimated beam but also impact the scattering properties of the optical surfaces and tubes. In productive coastal waters biofouling can have significant impacts (i.e. 10% of the signal) within one to two weeks”.

    Deployment: 2

Suspect data: 16% of beam_attenuation and 59% of optical_absorption values are NaNs, fill values, or outside of global ranges for this deployment.

    Deployment: 1

optical_absorption, beam_attenutation, wavelength_a and wavelength_c are all arrays of fill values for this deployment. This should be investigated and annotated.

Missing data at the end of deployments 2 and 3 should be annotated.

There is no pressure variable in any of the .nc files. This should be a coordinate.

    CE02SHBP-LJ01D-09-PCO2WB103
    Deployment: 2

There are no data available for this deployment for the pco2w_b_sami_data_record stream. This should be investigated and the dataset should be annotated (annotation ID 91 spans some of this time range, but not all and it says the data are suspect, not that they're not available).

Annotation ID 91 needs to be updated when the cal value review is complete.
