recovered_inst data are not available for download from deployments 3 and 5 - the raw data files are available according to the ingest csv. The data should be ingested or annotated to indicate why they are not available.

CP01CNSM
Deployment: 2

Annotation ID 709 "Short deployment due to the fuel cell not functioning correctly" should be updated to indicate that this refers to deployment 2, and data aren't expected from most instruments for this time period.

By Lori Garzio, on 3/22/19

CP01CNSM-MFD35-04-VELPTA000
Deployment: 6
10/13/16, 6:36 PM 6/9/17, 4:05 PM

Suspect data - ranges for all variables are substantially higher for this deployment compared to other deployments. The sampling rate for this deployment is 1 Hz, where the sampling rate for all other deployments is much lower (1 sample every 30 or 60 minutes)
