Comparisons with the shipboard CTD casts were done for D0001, R0001, D0003, R0003, D0004, R0004, D0006, R0006, D0007, R0007, D0008, D0009, R0009. The shapes of the profiles generally look similar, however the values are often different (particularly at shallower depths). See attached plots for details.
